Thanks for posting, I didn't even know this existed. Something else to look for.

You truly do have to worship that set of Daytona wheels. I wonder if they made any and snuck 'em into the production line, or if it was truly a one-of-a-kind set of wheels.

Does anyone know whatever happened to Natalie or where she is nowadays? I would love to track her down and get her perspective on the whole Firebird marketing part of her career in the early 1980s'. She truly was the Firebird Girl everyone dreamed of. She was everywhere. She was iconic. I feel like she holds a special little place in my heart, after seeing her pose for years with some of the cars I love the most. Beautiful girl, beautiful Pontiacs.. it's a win-win situation! All I know is her last name is Carroll and the advertising agency was Robert Abel & Associates. Robert Abel himself died less than 2 weeks after September 11th, 2001. R.I.P. Natalie, I miss you.

Back around '96 or '97 there was a little thing about her in an issue of HPP. From what I remember she was married with kids and had been out of the modeling scene for a while. Other than that she has pretty much disappeared.
EDIT: Just looked at her IMDB.com profile and it appears she did some assistant jobs on some movies in the early 2000's.

The Feb. 84 issue of HPP has a pretty good article about Natalie. It also mentions the calender and why it was pulled. Apparently November was a bit too risque for the Suits at Pontiac... They thought Natalie wasn't wearing any... And here she is on the 83 Brochure. Here she is in an 84 T/A from the dealer album. Notice in this same picture in the 84 brochure she has been airbrushed out, and the window of the car is closed... I've also picked up a couple of natalie promo pictures... I also have a Rum ad with her in it from just before her time with Pontiac. According to Mr.TurboTA he has seen her in other ads from that time period too. 82firebirdta.proboards104.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=250

Well I wonder if she'd give an interview about her Firebird Girl days. I'm not a professional journalist by any stretch, but I would just love to know more. The early 80s was definitely a time to remember. So unique and so irreplaceable. I was too young to appreciate it all.
