Well, I failed miserably, ok maybe not but It didn’t turn out the way I wanted. I couldn’t keep my booth clean and I underestimated the amount of light I needed for the finish coat. It would have been ok for a daily drivers but that’s not what I want. The body work turned out well but that’s just a lot of sanding and it’s easy to fix errors. Laying down the paint is much more of an art. I’m either going to have it painted professionally or practice and build a proper booth. But I won’t do anything until next summer when it warms up. In the meantime I can start on the undercarriage and under the hood. Good times

Well you can chalk it up as practice Atleast you know what to do next time. Maybe you can practice on some spare body panels or a beater in your spare time. (Feel free to post pics, I am sure it must look better than it did before you started )
