The "sagging" is very common.
I would look through Hemmings, I'd bet there are some companies in there that can refinish the steering wheel.

there is a company in Dallas that will do it back to stock if thats what you are looking for.. I wll try and get the info if you want.. it will run about $125 I think if the padding is bad also
